LED wall lamp Ixa with dimmer and adjustable arm The Ixa luminaire series by the Italian premium manufacturer Artemide is a concept by the design and architecture studio Foster Partners, which was founded in 1967 by the renowned British architect Norman Foster. The characteristic feature is the almost spherical head made of aluminium, which is supported by a two-link steel arm in this LED wall lamp. The front section, which supports the head, can be rotated and swivelled and is held in position by a counterweight. In addition, the head can be rotated all around so that the direction of the light output can be adjusted variably. The warm white light, which is also characterised by good colour rendering (CRI 90), is switched and dimmed via push-buttons on the head. Ixa shines in living, recreational and business spaces as an expression of functional, productive and sustainable intelligence through reduction and simplification - the result of sound design know-how.
