Ixa LED floor lamp with dimmer and adjustable frame with three arms The Ixa luminaire series by the Italian premium manufacturer Artemide is a concept by the design and architecture studio Foster Partners, which was founded in 1967 by the renowned British architect Norman Foster. The characteristic feature is the almost spherical head made of aluminium, which is kept in balance in this LED floor lamp by two counterweights on the two upper sections of the steel frame. In addition to the joints at the intersections of the arms, the head can be rotated all around so that the direction of the light output and the design of the luminaire can be variably adjusted. The warm white light, which is also characterised by good colour rendering (CRI 90), is switched and dimmed via push-buttons on the head. Ixa shines in living, recreational and business spaces as an expression of functional, productive and sustainable intelligence through reduction and simplification - the result of sound design know-how.
