Together with the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the luminaire manufacturer Artemide developed a flexible light tube made of silicone that is very slim with a diameter of 2.5 cm and can be bent three-dimensionally. Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, La linea 25 can be used indoors and outdoors and is therefore suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and spa areas, business premises, gardens and parks. The uniform, warm white diffused light with good colour rendering (CRI 90) provides pleasant illumination on all sides. It is mounted on walls or ceilings with the enclosed mounting clips for screwing. An external LED driver is required to operate the LED light tube (not included). Depending on the choice of driver, control via app with a smartphone or tablet can also be realised in addition to switching and dimming.
