LED table lamp Unterlinden - Design Herzog & de Meuron The internationally renowned lighting company Artemide from Italy works together with the architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron from Schweizer, also to follow further developments in architecture. Their designs, such as the Unterlinden table lamp, often provide an opportunity to rethink the development of new lighting solutions. The Unterlinden table lamp, with its thin, curved metal rod, places the head of the lamp in an optimal position, thus providing excellent task lighting that does not dazzle. Herzog & de Meuron was founded in 1978 by the two architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron. Their projects include the remodelling of the Tate Gallery of Mod-ern ART in London and they are responsible for the designs of the St. Jakob-Park stadium in Basel and the Allianz Arena in Munich. The national stadium in Peking for the 2008 Olympic Games and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg were also designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Artemide is known for working with renowned designers all over the world, and many of its lights have won awards and been included in the collections of museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna in Rom. - made in Italy
