Ukiyo: Textile ceiling light in geometric designA geometric design of many different triangles characterises the white Ukiyo ceiling light. It can be used as a ceiling luminaire or as a wall luminaire in a wide variety of rooms and furnishing styles. The metal frame of the luminaire is firmly screwed to the ceiling or wall. The metal structure that forms the framework for the lampshade sits on this. The shade made of elastic, white fabric is stretched over it. It can be easily removed for cleaning and can even be washed. The design for the white Ukiyo ceiling lamp comes from the pen of the designer Manuel Vivian. The designer, who was born in Venice, mainly designed glassblowing in his early days before he expanded his spectrum to include other interior design areas. Since the foundation of Axolight in 1996, he has been working with the luminaire manufacturer. Today, he is one of the company's most important designers and has already designed several collections for the company.
