It does not require an external ballast, is supplied with open wire ends and can thus be connected directly to a 230V supply line. The built-in LED module contains a high-quality COB chip that produces warm white light and is protected by transparent glass.The housing, on the other hand, is made of aluminum and is topped by a cover made of V2A stainless steel. Thus, Meerkat can be loaded with up to 1,500 kg (max. overrun speed 20 km/h) and is also protected against temporary submersion.
