The outer shape of the lampshade is classic, although PMMA is a very modern material. However, the use of a second, internal lampshade can be described as innovative. This is made of translucent, white polycarbonate and has a rounded shape. However, this is only partially visible, as the outer lampshade has a silver aluminium coating and is only really translucent in the upper part. This means that the light escapes mainly downwards and contributes to an atmospheric ambience - of course not without enhancing the room as a whole with the modern presence of the designer pendant light.
