Glass wall lamp Chouchin 3 Semi MyLight by Foscarini - controllable via App
The wall lamp Chouchin 3 Semi, equipped with a blown shade made of opal glass and a lacquered wall bracket made of metal, convinces not only with its soft light and simple, yet effective design, but also with its smart controllability. For this purpose, the lamp from the MyLight series by Foscarini has a Casambi Bluetooth module. The coupling with the tablet / smartphone succeeds without additional accessories; the switching, dimming and automatic control according to schedules or in groups is done with the Casambi app.
Ionna Vautrin, a French designer who founded her own design studio after many collaborations and awards, designed the Chouchin lamp series for the Italian label Foscarini. The inspiration for it comes from Japanese lanterns, which traditionally hang as illuminated signs in front of pubs or as lucky charms in front of houses and are usually made of paper or bamboo. Foscarini uses opal white, blown glass for the lamp series; the semicircular shade that extends into the room radiates the light evenly scattered to all sides, while the lower opening creates a decorative accent on the wall.
