Reverse colour and impressive lighting effect - Foscarini LED pendant Chouchin Reverse 2

If the original version of the Chouchin models is fully colored with a small white contrast on the underside, the reverse models offer exactly the opposite color. The elongated shade of the Chouchin Reverse 2 is also made of mouth-blown glass, but left in a satin white. Only the small ring on the underside of the shade is kept in a soft green. This means that the light of the Chouchin Reverse 2 luminaire not only shines downwards, but also impressively diffuses into the room. The softness of the light is not only convincing in the living room at home, but also in restaurants, bars or cafés.

The original design of the Chouchin model is based on the shapes of traditional Japanese lanterns. The French designer Ionna Vautrin took these as a model and created three lamps with different shapes and colours. Thus, the Chouchin, whether reverse or not, is particularly suitable in an installation that combines all three versions.
