Round jute ceiling light Iguazu Iguazu was named after the waterfalls on the border of Brazil and Argentina, which are the largest waterfalls in South America and a popular excursion destination. Just as the water flows downwards, so do the fine lines of the round jute lampshade. Most of the lampshades are handmade by artisans in Vietnam and the popular natural fibre jute, which is characterised by its special properties, was used for the ceiling light. In addition to its robustness, jute is considered to be very stretchy and tear-resistant, but sustainable aspects should also be emphasised. The main cultivation area is fertile alluvial soils, thanks to which the undemanding jute plant does not need to be fertilised. This is a great advantage for the environment and the farmers compared to intensive cotton cultivation. These aspects fit in with the basic idea of the Dutch brand Good & Mojo, which aims to create sustainable lights with its collection and do good at the same time.
