From which designer's collection might this minimalist pendant light Johnny B. Good come, if not from Ingo Maurer's? Johnny B. Good is a designer lamp, for which a simple light bulb (see accessories), equipped with a satin-finished aperture ring, is enough to attract attention. Ingo Maurer already recognised 15 years ago that what is hip and trendy in today's lighting concepts - namely to place the illuminant itself in the centre of attention - is a promising trick and made it the unmistakable feature of his luminaire designs. The Johnny B. Good pendant luminaire is a minimalist light source that pays tribute to the aesthetics of the incandescent lamp.

The E27 socket is connected to the canopy via a 420 cm long cable. The height of the luminaire is to be chosen in such a way that a glare effect is avoided. The shade ring, made of polyetrafluoroethylene, PTFE for short, is used for glare control of the matching light source (see accessories) and should be at eye level. In operation, Johnny B. Good can be adjusted in height by enlarging or reducing the cable loop. It is recommended to use an external dimmer to adjust the brightness of the light individually.

The pendant luminaire unfolds its effect not only as a single luminaire, but also as a group with different suspension lengths or mounted in a row.
