To increase ease of use, the light is equipped with a dimmer. The Italian company Kartell is known for its innovations in plastic. Since the 1950s, designers have been developing furniture, household goods and lights made of plastic for the Milan-based company. Over the years, Kartell has not only received numerous design awards for this, but has also built up its own in-house museum, which preserves and emphasises the company's cultural, idealistic and material heritage.
