Designer piece for the desk or bedside cabinet: the LED table lamp Taj Mini While most desk lamps are particularly flexible and articulated and therefore usually have a mechanical appearance, the small designer table lamp Taj Mini is the exact opposite. It is made from a single mould, has a curved appearance and does not have a single joint, yet it still fulfils its task: it provides practical light, e.g. at the desk or next to the bed. The LEDs are attached to the underside of the curved plastic body, at the top, so that Taj Mini can imitate the form and function of a conventional desk lamp. The Italian company Kartell, based in Noviglio near Mite, is known for its furniture and everyday objects made of plastic. Renowned designers such as Philippe Starck, Giotto Stoppino and Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni are just some of the designers who have created chairs, tables and lights for Kartell.
