The PH 5 hanging light was designed by Poul Henningsen. The PH 5 hanging light was established for the first time in 1958 and was a reaction to the constant change in the shape and size of light bulbs. PH 5 - named after the diameter - allows you to use almost any kind of light bulb. The colour of the top lampshade is the darkest, and each successive lampshade is slightly lighter in colour than the previous one. The latest version in brass and white underlines the lampshade system design and gives the light a new dynamism due to the reflective metal surface. It is important to note that the metal lampshades are untreated and develop an attractive patina over time.
