LED lantern Minipipistrello Cartone as decorative floor lamp
This decorative version of the Minipistrello resembles an original packaging and looks at first like a cardboard box with print. The shape of the lamp is worked into the cardboard, which is covered with a diffuser. Thus, the light radiates from the inside to the outside and creates the impression of a lantern. A carrying handle is integrated at the top, making it easy to move the lantern. Thanks to the cable with switch, it can be operated on the spot and connected to the power.
The origin of this series can be traced back to 1965. Pipistrello was created by the Italian designer and architect Gaetana "Gae" Aulenti (1927-2012) for the manufacturer Martinelli Luce.
