Birdy Swing table lamp: Design classic from 1952 in a new edition
The creative mind behind the lamp series Birdy Swing, to which this table lamp also belongs, was the Norwegian industrial designer Birger Dahl (1916-1998), who gave it the geometric look with soft contours and clear design language. Birger Dahl had a decisive influence on the Nordic style and Birdy Swing quickly became a design icon. In 2021, Birdy Swing experiences a new edition through the collaboration of Birger Dahl's family with the company Northern and presents itself as a pleasant light-giving additional light source, which fits through its timeless design to many furnishing variants and can be used versatile in the entire living area.
