The nine-flame ceiling light Apiales 9 Ceiling is a showpiece for natural light design. Made from high quality materials, the luminaire is in keeping with the Nordic design tradition, expressing an appreciation of Scandinavian nature in its design. The mouth-blown glass balls form the equivalent counterpart to pollen of a flower, which inspired the designer Sofie Refer to this design. As it were, the arms glide up from the specially made canopy like flower stalks and carry the light-giving pollen, from which the light is gracefully distributed in the room.

Apiales 9 Ceiling is the ideal light source for rooms with low ceilings. The compact dimensions also offer great flexibility of use, and the timeless and elegant design makes the luminaire the perfect light source for a cosy ambience in living areas and in restaurants and hotels. Equipped with a warm white light source, it distributes a cosy and comfortable atmosphere throughout the room, inviting you to linger.

The Apiales collection was designed by the multi-award-winning designer Sofie Refer, who, with her company Nuura Aps, develops luminaires that are intended to enrich and complete the decor in private homes and public places as decorative light sources. Together with Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg, Sofie Refer founded the company Nuura Aps in 2017, with the aim of producing unique quality lights with elegant design from first-class materials and with the latest technologies.
