When designing the Apiales collection, Danish lighting designer Sofie Refer was inspired by the flowers of Scandinavian nature. Accordingly, the arms that unfold from the canopy are designed like flower styles, at the top of which the hand-blown glass spheres are enthroned like pollen from a blossom. Thus, the decor of the Apiales 9 is completely in line with the Scandinavian design concept, which is always close to nature in its appreciation and admiration for Nordic nature.

The hanging lamp Apiales 9 forms a decorative light source above any dining table, and is ideal as the main lighting for living rooms or the gastronomic area. With its classic Scandinavian decor based on simplicity, it can be combined with almost any style of home - whether modern or vintage. Equipped with warm white bulbs, it spreads a pleasant and cosy atmosphere everywhere, inviting you to dine comfortably and feel good.

Since 2017, the Danish company Nuura Aps has been creating designer lamps of various kinds, which on the one hand impress with an elegant and timeless design and on the other hand are also intended to positively influence well-being. The latest findings from science and research have shown that light also affects mood and health. Therefore, the founder Sofie Refer has made it her task to design lamps that have a tasteful and aesthetic appearance as well as a positive effect on well-being.
