In an interesting design with mouth-blown glass shades, the LED table lamp Diver was created. The outer shade in cylinder shape surrounds an inner, opal white shade, which has approximately the shape of a hemisphere. Both shades are made of mouth-blown glass, whereby the inner shade creates an even diffusion of light due to its opal white colouring. Lacquered metal elements as the upper finish of the white diffuser and as a holder form an effective contrast.

The LED table lamp Diver comes from the production of Prandina, a lighting company in Italy. Sergio Prandina founded the company in 1982, whose lamps have a high recognition value due to their shades consisting mainly of mouth-blown glass. Manufactured in Italy, the lamps are characterised by high-quality materials, the perfection of mouth-blown glass shades, the combination of different surfaces, the courage to develop and the ambition to demonstrate light in all its facets.

Prandina collaborates with numerous renowned designers and architects. The Diver series of lamps, for example, was designed by the Belgian designers Serge and Robert Cornelissen. Serge Cornelissen BV, the design studio in Belgium, specialises in the design and development of lighting concepts and luminaires and designs luminaires for numerous renowned manufacturers. A balanced combination of artistic and technical creativity are characteristic for the designs of Serge Cornelissen.
