Floor lamp Charlotte - narrow and yet infinite
With Charlotte, its creators Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas have created a clever design composed of layers of white plastic with concentric hexagonal openings. Even when looking through the narrow, cylindrical floor lamp, the viewer finds no definable background, creating the illusion of infinity. In addition, the pattern of the luminaire also changes with the angle of view.
The light falls into the room all around and seems to be intensified by the hole pattern in some places. In view of the impressive height and the white colouring, Charlotte comes into its own especially in bright, larger interior areas. The floor lamp of the Italian manufacturer Slamp is manufactured according to its high standards of quality, design and lighting effect and uses Slamp's material Cristalflex®.
