The Fiorellina table lamp attracts attention like magic even when turned off, because the frame is modelled after branches and flowers and therefore offers a small greeting from nature. This playful note is enhanced by the silver design, with the glossy material ensuring beautiful lighting effects even in daylight. As soon as the integrated light source is switched on, the interplay between light and shadow intensifies even further, as the artificial light experiences a multitude of reflections in the frame.

A innovative Slamp patented material was used for this purpose. This innovative material, a polymer made of durable polycarbonate, was registered under the name Steelflex®. The polycarbonate was subjected to holistic metallization using aluminium vapour so that the finished material combines the best of two worlds: On the one hand, it is very durable and unbreakable, and on the other, the reflective surface is altogether aesthetically pleasing. Function and beauty go hand-in-hand.
