This ever popular table lamp was designed way back in 1987 and with it the designers Michele de Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina created a timeless design classic. Now this classic has been updated with modern technology and continues to shine with its consistently outstanding design and its tried and tested functionality featuring modern and efficient LED technology.

The Tolomeo LED table lamp is made of high quality aluminium. The lampshade can be easily adjusted as desired by means of movable joints. In a normal working position, the height of the table lamp is 64.5 cm and has a projection of 78 cm. Thanks to the adjustable arms, the lamp is completely flexible and ready for any setting, in the modern office or as a reading lamp on the side table at the home armchair. An integrated switch directly on the head allows the brightness to be conveniently adjusted and infinitely dimmed as desired.

The designer and architect Michele de Lucchi developed the "Tolomeo" light series together with Giancarlo Fassina 30 years ago. At the beginning, de Lucchis wanted to design a lamp for his own desk. A mechanism he had seen among fishermen in Apulia served as inspiration for the later form of the Tolomeo lamp. But when the first prototypes did not work, it was Giancarlo Fassina who brought the lamp to life. The charm of the Tolomeo series lights continues to this day.
