Vibia Tempo 5770 pendant light, Ø 25 cm, cream

Puristic Tempo 5770/5776 LED pendant light from VIBIA Tempo has the classic shape of a pendant light that has been reinterpreted in a modern and minimalist way. The diffuser is shaped like a traditional light bulb and is made of mouth-blown opal glass. The satinised glass distributes the light from the permanently installed LED softly and diffusely in the surroundings. The aluminium reflector disc directs the light exclusively downwards, making the pendant light an excellent lighting solution above a dining table. Tempo is the brainchild of Spanish manufacturer Vibia, which commissioned Jeanette Altherr and Alberto Lievore to design the light. The designers have created a complete series of different lights, for which they studied archetypes of lighting from different regions and cultures around the world. The chosen, familiar shapes were then transformed into abstract, minimalist outlines, adapting them to the spirit of the times so that they perfectly complement modern interiors.
