Pirce - designer pendant light in spiral form Different sized aluminium rings with a white finish are combined in the Pirce pendant light so that they look like a spiral as a whole. At the lower end of the spiral, where the smallest ring is located, is a small round bowl containing the bulb. This spotlights upwards, creating indirect light for the living area. Giuseppe Maurizio Scutellà, an Italian designer and industrial mechanic, has already worked as a senior project designer for high-tech companies. His collaboration with the designer light manufacturer Artemide began with the design for the Pirce light series in 2008. Artemide is recognised worldwide as one of the leading manufacturers of designer lighting. The headquarters are located in Pregnana near Milan. founded in 1960 by Ernesto Gismondi, Artemide now has five production facilities, two glass factories and a research and innovation centre with test laboratories.
